What guides our content
A method produces a decision, not a document
Every course ends with a usable deliverable: a defensible duration, a costed comparison, a dated action plan. Content that leads nowhere does not enter the catalogue.
Pitfalls before procedures
For every normative requirement we document the error that fails it in an audit. Confusing clauses 6.1 and 8.2.3, aligning an RTO with the MTPD, calling a documentation review a "test": those are the gaps that cost, and they can be taught.
Original summaries, never copied normative text
The standards are annotated in our own words: the requirement’s intent, expected evidence, observed pitfalls. The normative text remains its publishers’ property — ISO, European authorities, BCI, NIST — and must be obtained from them.
Bilingual end to end
The discipline’s vocabulary is largely English, European practice largely French. Every piece of content exists in both languages, with no machine translation.
On certifications
The certifications issued here are specific to the platform. They attest a competence assessed by an examination whose blueprint, domain weighting and pass mark are published, and every certificate carries a publicly verifiable code. They do not substitute for ISO, BCI or DRI International certifications, nor for management system certification by an accredited body.
