Running an RCSA campaign

Surface decisions, not fill a matrix

Risk and control self-assessment is the most widespread and most frequently corrupted tool: an annual chore, scores stable year on year, no action plan. This course teaches the workshop format, the questions that force thought, and the indicators that reveal a hollow campaign.

Module 2

After the workshop

Playback, arbitration and action tracking: where the campaign is won or lost.

Assessment method

Self-check questions throughout the lessons, with no recorded score. Where an associated track leads to a certification, that certification has a separate exam.

Document issued

This course does not, on its own, lead to a certificate. A track certification, where one exists, is issued after its exam is passed.
