Testing severe but plausible scenarios
Building scenarios that hurt without becoming implausible
Severe scenario testing is the moment of truth for resilience arrangements. This course teaches how to calibrate severity, build a scenario library that progresses, measure tolerance breaches, and turn them into a remediation plan the board approves.

- Measure a tolerance breach defensibly
- Turn findings into an approved remediation plan
Intended audience
- Resilience leads
- Exercise directors
- Internal audit

Prerequisites
- End-to-end mapping
Detailed curriculum
Module 1
Designing the scenario
Severity, plausibility, and the library that covers the spectrum.
Module 2
Running the test
Measuring under real conditions, without degrading the service.
Assessment method
Self-check questions throughout the lessons, with no recorded score. Where an associated track leads to a certification, that certification has a separate exam.
Document issued
This course does not, on its own, lead to a certificate. A track certification, where one exists, is issued after its exam is passed.
