Restoration test procedure

Five test levels, timestamped chronology, gap exploitation.

The procedure requires measuring six items separately: detection, decision, technical preparation, restoration, verification, reopening. The "technical preparation" item — often 20 to 30% of the total — appears in almost no plan and is the one that surprises most.
