Exercise scenario template

Measurable objectives, inject timeline, facilitation roles.

The template requires three to five measurable objectives before a single inject is written. Each inject is designed to force a decision — two options, each with a cost — not to inform. Includes the facilitation flow and observer roles.

How to use it

  • Write the objectives before the injects
  • One inject every ten to fifteen minutes in the active phase
  • Keep two reserve injects
