Three-level thresholds, each with a named action.
A template with a library of forty proven indicators by domain, a method for calibrating thresholds on history, and — the essential point — a "triggered action" column that makes each threshold operational. An indicator with no associated action is automatically removed.
How to use it
- Check precedence: had the indicator deviated before the last losses?
- Name the action in advance for each red threshold
- Limit to five to ten indicators per business line
