Crisis directory

A single source, two deputies per role, tested twice a year.

The directory must exist in one copy only, referenced by every plan. The template provides two deputies per role, personal contact details with consent, critical external contacts — authorities, insurers, incident response providers — and the date of the last test.

How to use it

  • Never duplicate the directory inside plans
  • Test the call tree out of hours twice a year
  • Keep a printed copy outside the information system
