Crisis team role cards

Seven roles, each stating what it does not do.

Each card states the mission, the first three actions, the interfaces, the decisions the role can take alone, and — the most useful column — what the role does not do. That last section is what stops an executive dropping to the operational level.

How to use it

  • Write the executive's card first
  • Test the cards in exercise before freezing them
  • Name two deputies on each card
